In Cabarrus County, the area’s premier holiday light park and the largest shopping and entertainment destination in the Carolinas are situated less than a mile from 12 hotel properties—including one where it snows inside the lobby!

On November 23, Speedway Christmas returns for the 4th year at Charlotte Motor Speedway! Recognized as a Top 20 Event for the month of December 2013 by the Southeast Tourism Society, Speedway Christmas features 3 million holiday lights and 800 displays throughout the 3.1 mile light park. The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony with fireworks display on November 22 and the 85th Annual Concord Christmas Parade on November 23 highlight holiday events in Historic Downtown Concord.
