Royal Oaks Elementary School held a Dance Party to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new school on Saturday, April 16th. Students, staff, and community members enjoyed a evening of food and fun at the ROES campus.

Entertainment included performances by the Central Cabarrus High School Color Guard, ROES alumna Lauren Harrison, and music from DJ Strick Dalton, former ROES principal. Attendees enjoyed pizza, an ice cream truck, and a ceremony topped-off with a rocket launch display! ROES principal Melody Marsh welcomed everyone to the celebration and thanked the community for making the new school a possibility.
