Pet of the Month: Longtime Resident Lynette

Apr 29, 2016 05:15PM ● By Melanie Heisinger

UPDATE: Due in part to this article being posted, we are pleased to announce Lynette has found her forever home! We wish her and new owners many years of happiness together!

Meet Lynette! She is our Pet of the Month and is looking for a forever home.

Lynette is a longtime resident at Ruth's Memorial Shelter. She was surrendered to Cabarrus County Animal Control several years ago, when her owner was deployed and had no other options for a home.

Lynette is a very sweet girl and loves long walks and to play outside in their big back yard. She would be a great pet for a family with older children. She can be somewhat selective with her animal friends, so she would do best in a home where she can be the only dog. Lynette is spayed and microchipped and is current on all vaccines.  She is approximately 5 years old.

Please stop by and meet this sweet girl.

If you, or someone you know, is interested in adopting Lynette, feel free to stop by the Ruth's Memorial: Cabarrus Humane Society in Concord.
