Great news for the luxury housing market in the greater Charlotte area. The recent sale of 3560 Trinity Church DR in Concord, NC has broken the record for the most expensive resale of a single-family home to close through the Carolinas Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) in Cabarrus County history. The record breaking sale was recorded at the Cabarrus County Register of Deeds office on May 2nd and sold for $1,800,000.
The 10,000+ square foot estate, which was uniquely marketed as the “Maison Belle”, which means “Beautiful Home” in French, didn’t last long on the active market. In fact, it was under contract in just 20 days. The Mooresville, NC based luxury real estate firm, Anchor Real Estate was tasked by the sellers with marketing and selling the home based off of their unique strategy to name the home “Maison Belle” due to its French Country architecture. They incorporated virtual reality, 3D imagery, lifestyle cinematography, professional print advertising, internet advertising, social media advertising and more in their strategy to sell this luxury record breaking home.
Anchor Real Estate was formed in 2015 by Josh Tucker and longtime friend, Greg Biffle. The “Maison Belle” listing team at Anchor Real Estate consisted of Managing Partner, Josh Tucker; Broker-In-Charge, Traci Roberts & Brand Ambassador John Roberts.
