Iconic "Nights in Rodanthe" Home Sweeps the North Carolina Market

If you've ever seen the film "Nights in Rodanthe," based on a novel by Nicholas Sparks, then you will recognize this house that was put on the market late March of this year for $1.25 million. Though the listing was removed, it still inspired dreams of owning a magical, beach-front home.

The 2008 film stars Diane Lane and Richard Gere in a somber romance, following two recently divorced people finding each other at the "Inn at Rodanthe." This 6-bedroom home, as a result, became on of the most famous homes along North Carolina's Outer Banks, according to Fox46.

The listing firm Hatteras Realty stated on Hatterasre.com;
