CONCORD, NC (June 2010) – Embassy Suites Charlotte/Concord Golf Resort & Spa in North Carolina captured Embassy Suites Hotels’ prestigious “Make A Difference Hotel of the Year Award.” The award was announced and presented to the resort’s General Manager Terry Crawford during an awards ceremony at the annual Embassy Brand Conference in May 2010. It was the only property from the brand’s portfolio of 200 hotels and resorts to capture the special honor, and impressively it was the second consecutive year that the resort captured the prestigious award, which went to the entire staff for demonstrating the Embassy Suites “Make A Difference” service culture. The resort’s team was honored for making a difference with customers and associates, and for giving back to the local community.
