The Speedway is Staying!

Concord - It's official.  Officials from Lowe's Motor Speedway have confirmed that CEO, Bruton Smith has agred in principal to a proposal by County officials that will keep the speedway in Concord for the forseeable future.  It is an incentive package worth around $80 million dollars.
