See how miners during the 1800s would have celebrated the holidays and the Germanic origins of some holiday traditions still around today. Visitors can support local craftsmen and shop for items throughout the visitor center. Saint Nicholas will be here to greet the children and give them a small treat, and they will have the opportunity to make a craft to take home.
