Oakridge Estates Groundbreaking Ceremony

Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity (FAHFH) will kick off the first phase of the construction of Oakridge Estates with a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, September 28 at 9 a.m. The ceremony marks a historic partnership with the City of Fayetteville to build 49 single-family homes on Bunce Road, providing affordable housing in a typically underserved community. Infrastructure development will take approximately 9 months, with housing construction being broken down in blitz phases. The projected completion date for Oakridge Estates, on the site of the former Quail Hollow mobile home park, is September 2021. CEREMONY WILL BE HELD ON CORNER OF BUNCE AND OLD BUNCE ROAD, ON THE SITE OF THE FORMER QUAIL HOLLOW MOBILE HOME PARK.
