This workshop is specifically designed to clarify the dynamics of the flow and your understanding of alignment and form in establishing a foundation for a steady, joyful yoga practice. Breath and alignment will be highlighted throughout this workshop that sequentially teaches appropriate warmup for the body, downward dog, sun salute variations, standing poses and forward folds, backbends and inversions. The use of props and modifications will be addressed as well.
